Very nice clinic. Dr. Perry was professional and put me at ease. Don't know why I waited so long to have my mole removed as I was in and out in a jiffy.

  1. Hi I would like to arrange a consulation with a skin doctor for a broken capillary and red spot on my nose.

I would prefer the putney clinic and I can attend any day after 2pm. Regards Ciro Coppola

    1. Thank you for your enquiry – we have passed your email onto our booking team. Alternatively you can call 020 7386 0464 to book. Thank you.

    1. Hello, the guide price is £350-550 for 10+ skin tags. However, all quotes are subject to a doctor’s examination in a consultation, which is vital to properly assess the skin tags and the treatment required.

  2. Hi I would like to arrange an appointment to see a skin specialist to remove some mole and skin tags in my face and neck.and behind my ears. Next week will be fine. Thanks
    Kind Regards

    1. Thank you David, we’ve asked an advisor to call you and look forward to seeing you at the clinic.

  3. Hey there i have excess hair on my forehead which i want gone is that possible as it is very embarassing and i always have to wear a cap

    1. Hi, we offer laser hair removal, electrolysis or alkaline facial hair removal wash which may be suitable. It is difficult to tell which would be best without seeing you. We can arrange a consultation with one of our hair removal therapists. Consultations are normally £25, but this is redeemable against the cost of treatment. Please call 0208 246 4861 to arrange. If you would prefer to send in a photo to get some advice in advance, please send it to

  4. Hi,
I used to have a belly piercing but beacuse of the skin got thinner i took it out and it did not closed in the last two years. I am just wondering if you have any service that could help to close it and make it natural as it was before. Thanks, Annie

    1. Dr Ross Perry advises that the area probably needs excision and restitching. If you’d like to send a photo to we may be able to give more specific advice, or else you could book a consultation with one of our doctors.

  5. Hi
Im an Asian female with fair skin but dark black hair on my sideburns and chin. Ive been waxing but waxing has caused my hair to grow even more and they have become dark black and rough, and I was just wondering would the Alkaline wash be useful for me?

    1. Alkaline facial wash works is ideal for the soft facial hair. It will take a number of treatments, normally 12-15 which work by gradually weakening and eventually reducing hair growth. It is physically impossible for your hair to grow back thicker or darker.
In order to find out more and see if it could suit your needs, we recommend a consultation and test treatment, which costs £25 and is done 24-48 hours before treatment. We also offer electrolysis, waxing and advanced laser hair removal which might be worth considering. If you would like to discuss your options, please call our Putney beauty team on 0208 246 4861. This fee is redeembable against a course of treatment booked on the day.

  6. Hello, I was wondering how much your HD Brows are? I have very blonde brows, can barely see them and I always fill them in and shape them in a very dark brown, can this be achievable?

  7. Hi, I have a fairly large(5mm) skin tag just above my right eyelid. Is this something you could deal with?
    Kind Regards

    1. This should be fairly simple to remove. Dr Perry suggests a likely cost of £295, which would be confirmed at your consultation.

  8. Hi I have a skin condition called Roseaca. Is this something I can visit your clinic for? I would like advice on creams etc. many thanks

    1. Dr Ross Perry advises:

This is tricky, as it’s a treatment that works best with antibiotics. I would suggest seeing your GP for medication for this in the first instance. If that fails then we can try laser or Murad facials at our Putney clinic.

  9. Hi, I had a piercing on my lip and I took it off few years ago. Now I have a hole and I would like to know if it can be closed

    1. The only way of closing the hole is to surgically remove it and close with 1 or 2 very fine sutures. Dr Perry estimates a cost between £650-750, which would be confirmed after examination at a consultation. If you would like to book an appointment, please call 020 7386 0464 or email

    1. Hi laser thread vein treatment for the legs starts at £250, but for a larger area or multiple areas is likely to be more. Prices are confirmed in consultation with our Aesthetic Doctors after a proper examination, but if you wish a more accurate estimate in advance of arranging an appointment, please email a photo in confidence to and we will ask a doctor to advise.

    1. This can be a difficult area to treat, but Botox can help in some cases. If you’d like to email a photo to we’ll ask Dr Ross Perry to provide some individual advice. This doesn’t replace a consultation, but can be helpful in advance of arranging your first appointment.

  10. Hi,

I have dark marks on my upper lip and also on my nose. I assume it is Melasma as I am dark skinned and it started after a sunbed session. Would there be a Chemical peeling effective or what other options would there be and what are the costs to expect?

    1. Thank you for your enquiry. Dr Perry advises that the best options are prescription creams initially – to see how the skin responds. These are safer than peels or lasers which can actually make melasma worse. Consultations cost £50 and depigmenting cream £90. Do bear in mind that these conditions tend to recur if you go into high sun exposure and especially with sunbeds.

    1. Hi, thanks for your enquiry. With dark circles, the skin is very delicate and treatment depends on the exact nature of the problem. If you’d like to email a photo to we’ll ask Dr Ross Perry to provide some advice. This doesn’t replace a consultation, but clients often find this a very useful guide at this stage.
