The Daily Express ran a feature on ‘Kitchen Cupboard Cures’ that readers can use at home. The article explains:

“With strict limits on what we can leave the house for, it might be time to get creative when it comes to dealing with minor ailments and health niggles. Instead of heading to the pharmacist, KIM JONES has solutions you can easily find right in your own home.”

Expert Tips on Home Health & Beauty

Dr Ross Perry, GP and Medical Director/Founder of Cosmedics Skin Clinics, was invited to share his tips for dried out skin caused by the increase in washing our hands. The article says:

“Washing our hands frequently and using hand sanitiser containing alcohol breaks down natural oils in our skin, leaving it dry, red and flaky.”

Dr Ross Perry suggested a simple home treatment using AVOCADO for dry hands.

“Treat chapped hands with an avocado mask.

“Mix mashed avocado with an egg white and a couple of drops of lemon juice. Massage on to hands, leave on for up to 10 minutes, rinse with warm water.”
