PolyPhil™ Polynucleotides (formerly known as PhilArt®) is an innovative skin quality improvement injectable treatment that is NOT a filler. It is comprised of polynucleotides that are based on the building blocks of our skin such as DNA and RNA.
Skin boosters such as PolyPhil™ can be used alongside dermal fillers, botox and laser therapies to enable full-face approach that deals with all the elements of skin quality.

Polynucleotides work by stimulating cell regeneration. PolyPhil™ is an injectable gel consisting of long-chain polynucleotides (PN). Polynucleotides promote hydration of the skin1 and scavenge free radicals2, thereby building an optimal environment for the growth of fibroblasts (cells that produce collagen),3,4. As a consequence, they promote the production of new collagen2 and elastic fibres, stimulating the body’s own cell regeneration. Based on natural ingredients The polynucleotides (PN) are of natural origin and derived from European freshwater fish intended for human consumption, with full control over the production chain.
The manufacturing process is based on the polynucleotide high purification technology (PN-HPT®), leading to a superior level of purification, thus ensuring product safety. PolyPhil™ treatment involves a sequence of pin prick injections into the facial areas normally over 2-3 sessions about 2-3 weeks apart. In some areas we use a cannula which reduce the risk of any bruising.
It only takes about 10-15 minutes and you can resume your normal daily activities afterwards.

Yes, PhilArt is very effective here. We would use a cannula to carefully inject the Polynucleotide solution into the under eye area. The injections are strategically placed to stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles under eyes.
Polynucleotides differ from other, hyaluronic-based skin boosters and dermal fillers. Rather than giving skin a surge in collagen and elastin, or ‘plumping’ the skin with carefully placed temporary products, polynucleotides are catalysts in the regeneration of fibroblasts – the main cells within the skin’s structure.
Patients look a bit red and slightly puffy for 4-6 hours after which then settles very quickly.
For best results we recommend 2 treatments initially (2-4 weeks apart) with a top-up session around every 9-12 months to maintain the results. Unlike dermal fillers which offer instant results, polynucleotide treatment requires some patience, with best results seen 2-3 months following treatment
How often will I need to have polynucleotide treatments? You will need three treatments, spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart. You may then choose to have single treatments in 6 to 9 months’ time to maintain results.
A clinical study involving 15 patients treated with polynucleotides found that, after 20 weeks, hydration had improved by 115% and elasticity was increased by 38%. These improvements translate to younger firmer and fresher looking skin.
