Non-Surgical Nose Job, Rhinoplasty
From £500
Many women and men are unhappy with the shape of their noses, but surgery is an expensive option involving lengthy recovery and often lacking the subtlety to make fine aesthetic improvements.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty could offer a better alternative for some patients (though it is important to be realistic about expectations). For the right patient, it is safer, faster and pain-free.
The doctor uses advanced, long-lasting dermal fillers. These are delivered as a series of injections into the nose, where they build up volume to disguise or fill out deformities in the bridge of the nose (i.e. humps/bumps) and rarely the tip to help with profile, creating a straighter nose shape.
It is important to be realistic about what this procedure can achieve
Nose job surgery is a drastic procedure. Sometimes, it is the best option (for example, if there are breathing problems or the nose has been broken in a certain way). However, aesthetic concerns – even quite significant ones – can be very effective in treating using dermal fillers. Disadvantages of surgery include:
Downsides of rhinoplasty nose job surgery
For the right patient – where the focus is literally to smooth out humps and bumps – a non-surgical nose job is a much easier solution which can fit into a lunchtime rather than using significant amounts of annual leave.
It allows for more subtle adjustments and the focus is on the end result.
The non-invasive rhinoplasty using dermal fillers is a bespoke procedure carried out by Dr Ross Perry at our London clinics.

Non-surgical nose reshaping takes a matter of minutes as it is very quick to do.
Sometimes we will arrange a second session for further injections to create the best result. This allows any swelling to settle and ensures a measured transition.
This does not include the consultation, which is a really important part of the process.
Results will vary depending on the individual. We advise around 15-18 months for the full result and up to 2 years before the fillers have completely dissipated. If you need to top up your non-surgical rhinoplasty then get in touch today.
Results in terms of the new nose shape are literally immediate after non surgical rhinoplasty – you’ll see the difference in a mirror straightaway.
It will take 24-48 hours for initial swelling to dissipate, revealing the finished result.
There are limitations of a non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure. It cannot reduce the nose nor address breathing problems where as a nose job would. However, where the issue is cosmetic, dermal fillers can be used to disguise humps and dips in the nose profile for a straighter looking nose.
As dermal fillers are used, the result is not permanent (unlike nose job surgery). However, the procedure can be repeated when the fillers wear off after 6-18 months.
We recommend not doing strenuous exercise, going in a spa/sauna or drinking alcohol for the first 24-48 hours after non surgical rhinoplasty.
Essentially yes. ‘Rhinoplasty’ is the medical term for a nose job. Common ways to describe the non-surgical version are ‘injectable’, ‘liquid’, ‘fillers’, ‘non-invasive’ or ‘non-surgical’.
At Cosmedics Skin Clinics, our doctors only use advanced and long-lasting Juvederm® hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers.
Recovery after non-surgical rhinoplasty is very quick. You can expect some initial swelling and may see the injection marks, but this does not last long. You can be back to work and your normal activities on the very same day.
Not at all, the experience is pain free as the injectable gel contains a fast-working local anaesthetic.
Yes – we can tweak the results at any point after non-surgical rhinoplasty. When the fillers start to wear off, we can carry out another non-surgical rhinoplasty treatment for you.
