It definitely helps if you can stay well hydrated. Drink plenty of water and use a good daily moisturiser to lock in hydration. In addition, using a daily SPF sunscreen helps to protect the skin from sun damaged. Avoiding repetitive or excessive facial expressions may also help, but that may be easier said than done. Once smoker’s lines are established, then a non-surgical treatment is the most effective solution.
