The latest edition of Star Magazine features examination of Courteney Cox’s changing face, with speculation as to what treatments and procedures the star may have undergone.
Filming ‘Running Wild With Bear Grylls” in Ireland, she spoke about her personal journey with the ageing process
‘Getting older isn’t the easiest thing. But I’ve learned lessons. I was trying to keep up with getting older and trying to chase that. It’s something you can’t keep up with.
‘Sometimes you find yourself trying and then you look at a picture of yourself and you go, “Oh God, I look horrible.”
‘I have done things that I regret and luckily there are things that dissolve and go away. So that’s good because it’s not always been my best look.’
Cosmedics Skin Clinics’ founder Dr Ross Perry provides his expert opinion on non-surgical treatments for anti-ageing, saying he preferred a ‘less is more’ approach.
‘In my opinion, the fillers to the cheeks are a bit overdone as they should only be administered to replace volume that has been lost due to ageing.
‘Presumably she has had more than needed to try and lift the lower face, but it now looks out of proportion.
Dermal fillers are a very popular way of reversing the signs of ageing, by replenishing lost volume to smooth out lines and wrinkles.
Courteney Cox has also admitted to having BOTOX injections in the past. These work slightly differently, by stopping the find dynamic facial movements which cause wrinkles, allowing the skin to appear smoother.
Courteney said last year:
‘It’s no secret I’ve had some Botox in the past, but I won’t go under the knife.’
