For men the commonest place for genital warts is on the shaft of the penis or on the head itself. Both are easily treated and should be before they spread as they are highly contagious. Warts are often rough and almost cauliflower like in appearance and stick out. They can be in clusters or individual. Fordyce Spots Fordyce spots are common and normal for the skin of the penis. They are NOT wart conditions and dont need treating but if in doubt check with a doctor. Pearly Papules These are pearly papules and again harmless but if in doubt please check as if misdiagnosed can be a problem later on.
