After intense freezing treatment, it is most likely that there will be some form of scarring. However, after redness has faded, this is rarely noticeable. It tends to be quite smooth. Scarring from cryotherapy is usually less than you may experience from other forms of treatment and definitely less obvious than the skin lesion.
