Skin tags heal like graze over 3-7 days in most cases and a simple plaster or Vaseline will suffice. If it were to get painful after this period of time or not heal then please let us know. Often the treated area can be red for a few weeks and this can be massaged with moisturiser to help fade. You can carry on exercise as normal and wash and shower as normal.
