Social Distancing Measures, London Clinics

social distancingWe wanted to let you know that we have introduced some social distancing measures and enhanced protocols to ensure staff and patient safety during this difficult time with COVID 19.

All patients will be asked about any possible COVID symptoms on booking appointments and this will be followed up with reminders to ensure you have not developed any symptoms between booking and the appointment itself.  As per government guidelines we kindly ask any clients who are suffering any symptoms of the virus or have been in contact with anyone who has suffered from the virus to cancel any appointments and seek advice on how best they can look after their health and whether to socially isolate for 14 days is required.

Please contact https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ for further advice.

Please attend the appointment alone and under no circumstances bring any children or babies.

We have specific social distancing guidelines in place at the following clinics that are open where all staff will be wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Patient appointment times have been specifically allocated to allow social distancing and we ask that patients do not turn up early and try to be on time. There is hand sanitiser at reception and all the waiting areas for you to use also.

At Our Putney Skin Clinic

  • Only 1 client can be in the reception area at any time. This may mean you have to wait outside until buzzed in when we have sufficient space to accommodate you.
  • We have blocked off some of the waiting room seating to ensure that clients sit apart.
  • Our staff will be wearing PPE appropriate to their job role
  • We ask all clients to use the anti bacterial hand wash provided when they enter the clinic and if needed again in the client WC or waiting areas.

At Our Harley Street Skin Clinic

  • Only 1 client can be in the Cosmedics clinic reception desk area at any time.
