Cosmedics Skin Clinics is able to offer a wide range of skin procedures for dermatology and minor surgery conditions. All of our clinics are dedicated to providing the best service possible for skin problems. We are fortunate to be able to offer patients treatments on the same day as there appointment for most treatments.
All procedures are done with safety as our first concern and as such prior to any procedure, however minor, we take a full history of any medical conditions, allergies and past history of any operations. This gives us the best information possible for your suitability for the treatments available.
The patients are fully informed about which doctors they will be seeing prior to the consultation and the fact that all our skin services are performed by the same doctor you see for your consultation.

Skin surgery is a popular choice for removing moles and other skin blemished and there are a variety of techniques that are used according to the lesion being removed and the desired cosmetic result.
Our laser treatments are very useful for helping with minor irregularities and bumps on the surface that can affect the overall texture.
For the simple quick fixes of skin problems cryotherapy or freezing can be a very effective device when used by experts.
For any changing or worrying moles or new lesions that have appeared it is advisable to have them to get a mole check by a doctor who is prefferably trained in using a dermatoscope.This new 'mini-microscope' is able to look 2mm under the skin to help identify any suspicous or early change in moles.
Anti-Ageing Treatments
While BOTOX® wrinkle-relaxing injections remain the most popular anti-ageing treatment, the advent of injectable facial rejuvenation treatments has led to an explosion in the dermal or facial fillers that are currently licensed for use. Some have a greater safety profile and characteristics than others.
At Cosmedics we believe that restylane injections, juvederm injections and sculptra injections are the marker leaders and therefore offer all these products to our patients and will help advise them on the which would suit their individual needs best.
