Excessive Sweating

Excessive sweating can be a very embarrassing condition, as well as being uncomfortable. It is also known as hyperhidrosis, and it commonly affects the hands and underarms. No one is sure what causes it, but fortunately at Cosmedics clinics we offer a treatment to help combat the condition. The treatment is one of our most successful and it really can change your life if you are suffering from excessive sweating. What is the treatment for excessive sweating?

Quite simply, an anti-sweating drug is painlessly injected into the areas affected by excessive sweating, with the whole procedure taking about 20 to 30 minutes. After a period of 3 or 4 days the treated areas will be noticeably drier. You might also be aware of some slight bruising but that will settle after a couple of days. The treatment for excessive sweating can last up to a year, although on average it is effective for around 6 to 7 months. Repeat treatments have shown that results subsequently last longer and therefore are required less frequently.

Where can I get treatment for excessive sweating?
