Thread vein removal of the face is a very simple, straightforward treatment to remove these unsightly red or slight purply blemishes. The commonest areas for thread veins are around the sides of the nose and on the cheeks. Often these are just caused by simple, superficial little blood vessels and once they are cauterised, they are removed. We often use a laser treatment to remove these that normally requires only one or two sessions.
